There are many other parks in 清境 but we only visited 青青草原 due to our tight schedule. The reason we choose 青青草原 is because there is a sheep show which we think is worth watching (sheep show only on weekends). Entrance fee for the park is NT120 for Youth card holder.
It is a scenery that you don’t get to see in Malaysia.
Sheep show begins. If you haven’t seen any sheep show before, this might be interesting. It’s how they control the large flock of sheep with their well-trained sheepdog. Nope, they don’t use pig!! (It’s only in the movie)
The show continues with 绵羊脱衣秀。It’s looks kinda cruel to the sheep, but it’s cute to see the sheep obediently sits and let his fur shaved.
Then it’s the whip show.. Woohooo~ Of cos I volunteer to myself to be whipped :p
At the top of the hill, there is a souvenir shop. You can get nougat and some biri-biri souvenir there.
Best of all, there are lambs outside the souvenir shop where you can feed. What??!?!?! Hahahaa… Lamb is term for baby sheep; I don’t mean that they are cooked =.=||
I bought the biri-biri mlk ice-cream. I didn’t really like it. The biri taste is a bit to strong. Ewww…
Tips: It’s a hilly area where weather is slightly cooling but … BEWARE of the sun!!!! Most of us got sunburn after sunbathing without any sunscreen. Remember to bring along ur sunscreen~
